Our work processes are set up in accordance with ISO 27001 and AVG standards. We are currently in the process of an official audit for ISO and GDPR. Read all about our privacy statement and data processing below.

In this privacy statement, you can read everything about how your personal data is collected and how it is handled. This explains where your data is stored and for what purposes your data is stored.
In addition, here you will also find all your rights with regard to your data and how to make use of those rights. The privacy statement will sometimes be changed due to changes in the law, for example. It is therefore advisable to consult the statement periodically.
Xuntos Privacy Statement
You are currently reading Xuntos's privacy statement. Xuntos is an internet agency. We are enthusiastic techies who are devoted to the beauty of technology. We would love to tinker under the hood of your online world, from concept to a working web application. For an online strategy and/or design and interaction design, we can work with other parties. There are situations where your data is collected by Xuntos. It is therefore good that you know what is done with it and how to specify your wishes regarding your data. That's what this statement is about. If you are not comfortable with the use of your data by Xuntos, please feel free to contact us.
Target data
Personal data is collected by Xuntos for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
Sending newsletters
Xuntos sends newsletters via email. On the one hand, these newsletters are commercial and, on the other hand, aimed at sharing knowledge. Your name and email address are collected via the appropriate form on the Xuntos website. In addition, you may be asked orally or in writing to apply.
Get in touch
Your data will be collected when you contact Xuntos via the website or if we contact you by phone. However, on the website and by phone, you will only be asked for the necessary information such as your name, company name, email address and question or comment.
Analytics
The Xuntos website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This information is anonymous and is therefore not bound to your personal information. This includes information such as the length of your website visit or the pages you visit frequently. This data is only processed with your explicit consent or to execute the agreements that are entered into, or because processing is necessary to bring you into contact with potential customers and/or contractors.
Lead info
On our website, we use the lead generation service provided by the Dutch company Leadinfo B.V., located at Rivium Quadrant 141, 2909 LC Capelle aan den IJssel. This service recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us information such as company name, address details, and general characteristics of surfing behavior. This does not show or store the personal data of individual visitors, and no tracking cookies are placed.
We only use this information to improve our services and approach potential business customers. For more information, please refer to the Leadinfo privacy statement. If you want your visit not to be recognized by Leadinfo, you can set this up via the leadinfo website.
Receivers
The data that Xuntos receives and processes is managed by:
Mailchimp
The newsletters are sent with MailChimp. When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
G Suite
Xuntos email is hosted at G Suite. If you contact us via the forms or via mail, the emails in question are stored on the G Suite servers.
Hosting
The website and website backups are hosted by a Dutch provider. Data that you leave behind on the Xuntos website is stored on the servers. Backups are stored encrypted on the server.
CRM
When you contact Xuntos or when we have contacted you, your data will be collected in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management), whether or not via the website.
Storage period
Your data is kept by Xuntos for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary to carry out activities, unless we have to keep your data longer under a legal regulation.
Sending newsletters
Your email address and name are stored in MailChimp. The storage of your data is indefinitely. However, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to privacy@xuntos.nl.
Get in touch
When you contact Xuntos by mail, the data you send, such as your name and email address, is stored on the mail server. The storage of this data is indefinite.
Analytics
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
CRM
When we contact you, information such as your name and email address is stored in our CRM. The storage of this data is for an indefinite period of time.
security
No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the previously mentioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by Xuntos or by the aforementioned third parties is only accessible via the above software and is password protected and, where possible, two-step verification.
Two-step verification
In this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Xuntos. This code must be used during the login process.
The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices.
SSL certificate
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Xuntos website is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url.
Finally, the Xuntos domain is signed with DNSSEC. This is an additional tool that makes the website's “signage” safer and more familiar.
Your rights
Right to view
You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at Xuntos at any time. You do this by sending an email or contacting Xuntos by phone. You will then get an overview of your data.
Right to rectification
Is your information incorrect? Or has your data changed? You have the right to have this corrected by Xuntos. You can change your newsletter details via the appropriate url at the bottom of each email.
Right to transfer
In the event that you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer your data. In doing so, Xuntos must transfer all your stored data to the other party.
Right to erase data
Do you no longer want your data stored at Xuntos? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that Xuntos is not handling your data properly. This can be done via this link.
Right to stop using data (objection)
Do you not want Xuntos to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data.
You can make use of these rights via privacy@xuntos.nl with a copy of proof of identity where the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and BSN have been made unreadable. Our aim is to respond within one week.
Duties
Xuntos processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering Xuntos services or products via e-mail. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
The data that is required to provide is the minimum data required to offer the services or products. For example, your email address is required to send the newsletter. If this mandatory information is not provided, Xuntos cannot offer the relevant service.
If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with Xuntos with parties other than those mentioned above (for example, to provide a service), your consent will be requested first.
Xuntos reserves the right to disclose the information when required by law or when Xuntos deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect Xuntos' rights, property, or safety. In addition, we always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
