How do we do this, scrum. Ideal for large projects where we cut the project into pieces so that we make the project feasible and realistic and you, as a customer, are in control. Instead of a “big bang” at the end of the project, a result every two weeks.
Drafting user stories, acceptance criteria and the first product backlog. This is how we create a solid basis for the project.
In short sprints of 2 weeks, we develop the functionalities and work on concrete partial deliveries.
Each development sprint is followed by a week of testing and a retro one. Feedback is incorporated and improvements carried over to the next sprint.
The final sprint includes the product going live, followed by 2 weeks of aftercare and optimization to make the product stable and fully operational.
