User-friendly candidate journey focused on experience
Careyn's existing careers website no longer met the expectations of both candidates and the organization. The site was outdated, not user-friendly, and lacked sufficient structure, making it difficult for visitors to quickly find relevant information and vacancies.
At the same time, the website no longer aligned with Careyn's updated design direction and employer branding story. This made it challenging to attract new employees and establish a consistent brand experience.
The challenge was to develop a new careers environment that not only aligns visually but, more importantly, ensures a clear, accessible, and effective candidate journey.

Strategy & Concept
Careyn chose a strategic foundation to clearly address different target groups on the site. In an extensive session, we inventoried the optimal format, challenging issues, and further preconditions.

Design & Validation
Careyn wanted to translate the style and foundation of the CareynPlus website to the careers site. Based on this and the input from the session, a UX design was created. We extensively tested this with various target groups through a user test.
Build & Launch
The website was developed in the Umbraco CMS, with a connection established to the Recruitee ATS system. Pages are built using information partly from Recruitee and partly from the CMS.
Launch, Support & Further Development
After launch, Xuntos supports Careyn with maintenance and management. Editors have maximum freedom to maintain the website. Together with the product owner, we are continuously developing the site step by step.
Connection with Recruitee for vacancies and applications
Vacancies are automatically loaded from Recruitee into Careyn's careers website. This ensures the job overview is always up-to-date, without manual management.
New vacancies, changes, and updates are synchronized instantly, so candidates always see the correct information. This prevents duplicate work for recruiters and reduces the chance of outdated or incomplete job postings. In the CMS, branding content is combined with data from Recruitee. Additionally, connections are made based on job metadata.
This ensures the platform remains reliable, efficient, and fully focused on recruiting new talent.
Vacancies near you
For healthcare professionals, location often plays a significant role in choosing a new job. Working close to home simplifies shift planning and increases engagement with the local community.
With the interactive map, candidates can immediately see which healthcare vacancies are available in their area. By zooming in on their own region, they quickly gain a clear overview of relevant positions nearby.
This makes finding a suitable job easier, faster, and better aligned with daily life.
