Woningborg corporate website
Woningborg supports construction entrepreneurs in the legal, technical and financial fields. Not only the builder is assisted, but also the buyer of a new-build home. During construction, Woningborg offers protection against the consequences of a contractor's bankruptcy and a safety net in case of defects after delivery of the home.

Woningborg's question
Apart from the fact that the old website was very outdated and no longer met the current corporate identity, Woningborg wanted to solve the following problems with the new website:
- How can we ensure that the content of both target groups does not intersect?
- Do customers call too often because they can't find information?
- Don't just offer dry texts
Together with Woningborg, we have chosen a pragmatic approach.
Kick off & Workshop
During the kick-off and interactive workshop with various stakeholders, we identified the wishes, goals and challenges. These principles formed the basis for the design.
Design phase
By working with short iteration rounds on the design, we were able to create a good basic design in a short time. The product owner continuously collected feedback from stakeholders, so that the final design was quickly approved.
Build & Launch
In this phase, the front-end and back-end developers got to work. The websites are built with accessible and responsive HTML. The Umbraco CMS is designed to support the editors. We did this with, among other things, 2 content trees and developed the “shared content” option, where the editors can set up customized content for both target groups.
Support & Further Development
Woningborg can have minor technical adjustments resolved directly via our support team. We regularly work on short iterations of sprints to continue developing the website.
Buyer versus builder
Buyers and builders have different information needs. That is why the design takes into account the different target groups.
A complete redesign has recently taken place.
In particular, we looked at how do you provide informative content and content about services aimed at conversion in an understandable way.
To solve this, the knowledge base was introduced, where Woningborg offers explanations, podcasts, videos and blogs bundled together.
During the redesign, all components were examined. In addition, we looked at which ones are we going to renew, remove or introduce new components.
Thanks to the close cooperation with Woningborg, the migration was successful.
Umbraco CMS
The Woningborg website has been fully customized in the Umbraco CMS. The site is currently hosted in Umbraco Cloud. After the website went live, Woningborg moved 3 more Umbraco environments to Xuntos.
Woningborg has the option to draw up forms yourself by means of Umbraco forms. After going live, we discovered that if forms were not processed properly, the editors could only find out by logging in and searching themselves. Not useful if you have a lot of tasks. For this purpose, we have created a solution where the editors are alerted and the stranded forms are placed in an overview.
Xuntos has experience with many different Content Management Systems, but has been fully specialized in the open source CMS Umbraco for a number of years. We think Umbraco is an incredibly user-friendly and flexible CMS.
The result
The new Woningborg website offers flexible, content-rich pages with 15 different components such as testimonials, images, videos and calls to actions. Thanks to customization in Umbraco CMS, the editors can easily build customized pages and manage content in a clear way.
